We are excited to bring back our Silent Auction this year in a slightly different format.
Expanded Buy-It-Now items and Flash Sales
Many of our popular silent auction items from previous events will now be offered as BUY-IT-NOW items, where you can simply take the item sheet to checkout for immediate purchase at the Buy-It-Now price. No Registration Required!
At 12pm and 1pm, there will be Flash Sale…that’s when we slash prices on some of Buy-It-Now items, but there’s no guarantee your favorite item will still be there! 🫣
Silent Auction
Only a small number of our hand selected items will be opened for auction bidding, where bidder registration is required. To participate in bidding on the Silent Auction items, check in at our Auction Booth on event day to receive your Bidder Bracelet with your Bidder Number. With your assigned Bidder Number, you will be able to bid on our 10 auction items by entering your bid on the bid sheet associated with each item. At 2pm auction closing time, Bidder Number with the winner bid for each item will be announced. Most items, unless otherwise noted, can be sent to you by mail or email and you don’t need to be present to WIN!
