2026 Pups On Parade Vendor Application
Join us for a day of community, wagging tails, and senior dog advocacy! We anticipate 500–700 attendees plus their furry friends at each location.
📅 Event Dates & Locations
● SHORELINE: July 11, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Cromwell Park
● LACEY: August 1, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Woodland Creek Community Park
📋 Event Requirements & Logistics
● Deadline: All applications must be submitted by May 31st, 2026.
● Setup: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM. Booths must be fully staged by 9:30 AM.
● Teardown: No early breakdowns; packing begins at 3:00 PM.
● Equipment: Vendors must provide their own 10'x10' canopy, tables, and chairs.
● Strict Rule: No electrical access. Tents cannot be staked. You must bring weights for your canopy.
● Parking: Free street parking is available at both venues.

2. Approval & Payment: You will receive a confirmation email within a week of your application being received.
If approved, we will send you a link for payment.
3. Day-Of-Event Instructions: Will be sent 2 weeks prior to event date.
